Dunlop, B.A., LL.B.
Bill has
practiced law in Burlington, Ontario, since 1975. He
obtained his LL.B from Osgoode Hall Law School and completed his
articles in Toronto at Blake, Cassels & Graydon. Bill is
certified as a Specialist in Civil Litigation by the Law Society of
Upper Canada and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, Halton
County Law Association, Hamilton Law Association, Ontario Trial Lawyers
Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Advocates'
Society. Bill is a past Governor of the Association of
Trial Lawyers of America and currently serves as a Director of the
Advocates' Society. Bill practices in the area of corporate,
commercial, administrative and personal injury litigation and has
appeared before all levels of Court in Ontario as well as the Supreme
Court of Canada and the Federal Court of Appeal. Bill has
lectured in programs for the Canadian Bar Association, the Hamilton Law
Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Bill
is the past President of the Canadian Club of Burlington and former
member of the Board of Directors of the Burlington Association for
Community Living.

Philip articled with a general litigation practice and now practices Civil Litigation with Dunlop & Associates. His practice consists primarily of commercial and corporate litigation, particularly in relation to secured and unsecured creditors’ remedies. He also practices in the areas of wrongful dismissal and personal injury.

Richard Campbell, B.A.,
LL.B.
Rich has been in private
practice since 1997,
first in articles with Dunlop & Associates, and then
as an
associate lawyer since 1999. In 2003 he left to start his own
practice, with a focus on trademark, franchise and commercial
litigation.
Rich returned
to Dunlop and
Associates in 2006, and resumed his practice in civil and commercial
litigation. He advises and represents clients in personal
injury
litigation, commercial contract negotiation and litigation, business
and shareholder disputes, insolvency and secured creditors' remedies,trademark litigation and protection, franchise law, employment matters,
commercial leasing, arbitration and general litigation.
Rich
has
argued at all levels of Court in Ontario and in the Federal Court.
He has been involved in international litigation and
arbitration
and in administrative and review tribunal hearings.
Rich
is
dedicated to a client-focused practice, with attention to detail,
accuracy and communication. He is responsive to clients'
needs
and preferences, always open and honest in the approach to a particular
problem and almost always available on short notice.
With
communication being key, clients can depend on Rich to quickly return
calls, promptly advise of developments in matters and to make himself
available to meet outside of traditional hours, as the situation
requires.
